3TS Consulting was founded in 2019 from the executive and entrepreneurial experience of Jacopo Spadolini, a professional with over 25 years of activity in the design, yachting, sports, and international events sectors.
After holding key roles in leading groups such as Nautor's Swan and Camper & Nicholsons, and after leading as CEO the development of the Silver Arrows Marine project in partnership with Mercedes-Benz Style across the Principality of Monaco, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Spadolini founded 3TS with the goal of providing companies with cross-disciplinary strategic know-how in consulting, communication, and project development.
Today 3TS Consulting operates in two distinct and complementary ways.
3TS develops and promotes projects with direct involvement, both strategically and operationally.
An emblematic example is JS Bike Academy, a training platform and community dedicated to mountain biking, conceived and developed directly by 3TS as a proprietary project.
In parallel, 3TS is directly involved in the strategy and commercial development of Spadolini Architetti, thanks to a solid network of contacts, public relations, and partnerships built over twenty-five years of experience.
In this dimension, 3TS acts as an active partner in project growth, contributing to positioning, business development, and brand enhancement.
Alongside the direct development of its own projects, 3TS relies on a qualified network of collaborators to offer companies, professionals, and creative studios comprehensive support in strategic consulting, communication, public relations, personal branding, and project management.
